Staff were brilliant could not be faulted. Unfortunately the Hotel lacked massively looks very tired, bed was horrendous didn't sleep 1 good night. Bad smell from bathroom drains. Pool area was tatty composite decking was lifting. Had carpark right along side that was used as a coach park ( noisey am and pm ) and on the other side howling dogs. Free nibbles in the room was good however not enough to make my stay good Unfortunately.

The room was spacious and spotless. Cafe in lobby and restaurant/bar on rooftop was nice. Easy to lounge in a comfortable environment upstairs. Hotel is located in beach view and more family friendly that central Pattaya. Night market was close Good restaurants nearby.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was excellent, very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The reception staff were truly outstanding, offering service that was more than excellent. The swimming pool was great, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety. The housekeeping team were kind, hardworking, and made sure everything was perfect. The location is also very convenient. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice spacious comfortable room with a great breakfast and 5 star roof top 20m pool and bar. Undercover parking was handy too. There is a 500m walk to Jomtien Beach.

It was a large room with kitchenette, but we where not allowed to use the kitchen and there was no cutlery in the room. Room was also in urgent need of renovation, wallpaper was coming of, it was stinking as drain in all toilettes/ bathrooms where there also was a lot of small flies. For us the beds was also very hard. Then it felt like a safety hazard, there was renovations on one floor and therefore the stairs was closed, without updating any emergency information. But we also want to say that the staff in the hotel was very friendly and accommodating, no shadow should fall on them.

Everything great except the pool color was not good. It was green not blue. Couldn't see a few meters down to my legs. So, needless to say the water was quite murky. I did take a dip in it, but was a bit fearful because the color wasn't attractive although I'm sure it was fine health wise. Everything else at the hotel was excellent including the pool deck, room & wonderful breakfast. Like I said, don't want to seem picky, but the pool color wasn't attractive, but besides that this is a great hotel. That breakfast was phenomenal, very very good. And the room very nice & great location to the beach, walking 5 minutes.

My husband and I along with our teenage daughter stayed 10 nights. We found the staff to be very friendly. The buffet breakfast had a lovely range of different dishes and the rooftop bar was very relaxing to chill out and have a couple of drinks. Room was clean.

Everything was good, they have a nice pool and rest area on top. If you like firm bed to sleep in then you won’t be disappointed but if you’re like me and love a softer mattress… The staff was friendly and the place was clean.
