Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Only thing i didn't like was the frosted glass sliding doors dividing the sleeping area and the bathroom. However, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The pool areas are really good, nice and clean.

The staff an property were excellent. The only thing I could add would be in room safes and shower height to accommodate taller people. Other than that, the people we met everywhere were wonderful and the property was great. I would highly recommend this hotel and the area.

A lovely hotel right on the beach front. Our room had superb views oh the ocean . They wouldn’t let us check in although it was well gone 1.00 check in is at 2.00. My only issue was 8.30 in the morning they were just dragging tables and chairs across the floor making a horrendous noise. Would stay again as I’m sure it was a ‘1 off’ due to the new year party.

The Grand Jomtien Palace must have been a real palace in her hey day. The overall condition of the common areas was good but my room could have used a refresh, new door hardware, coat of paint and a general make over. However that is small potatoes as the room was large and housekeeping was on point.

Check In staff were Rude cold and Clinical, the domestic staff were fabulous and couldn’t help more than they did. For some reason this Hotel wants you to pay everything in cash I’m not sure what that’s all about. The rooms are tired and dated but if you pay for the extra balcony ocean view it’s fantastic. The light switches and power switches in your bed head or a joke because without knowing it you keep turning on the lights and unplugging switch in your sleep

I would say the overall stay for this trip was disappointing but bearable. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Although we were a little annoyed that there was a 1000 Baht holding fee when we checked but we did get that back with no fuss. The area around the hotel was overall great. Right next to a 7/11 and night market making food shopping super easy. The downside to this hotel would be cleanliness… there were ants in the room walking about. The sheets didn’t get changed everyday as everyday, just bed making. My friend had red spots all over his legs and arms from sleeping in the bed but was alright for me so we weren’t sure if it were bed bugs or just some allergies. Food in the hotel was the most overpriced thing I’ve ever seen. Pretty sure it was like 200 baht for some Tom yum and that’s for sure a no for me. The TV was super static and unwatchable. Lastly, we didn’t even bother going into the pool as it looked like swamp water. Leaves in the pool, odd yellow tiles, just wasn’t clean. 2/5 stars at a push. I wasn’t expecting much anyway but damn it was disappointing. Free Wi-Fi and amazing air con though.

The hotel and staff are great. Staff are so friendly. Hotel is in a great location right across from Jomtein Beach. The room was clean with a beautiful view. Daily housekeeping. Nice breakfast buffet. I loved everything about this hotel with one exception....the shower water would go all over the bathroom floor. I had to put a towel to soak up the water each time. A simple glass slider or even just a rim along the floor to stop the water. But again....this is my only exception.... everything else about this hotel was superb. The staff, view and location....10/10🙏
