The staff was phenomenal. There was an incident at the pool with men taking photos of myself and my friend while we were at the pool and the staff immediately took action. It was wonderful to have them take this so seriously instead of dismissing it. 10/10 - would return to this hotel!

Fond and Fun experience

Rooms were clean and decent and the manager was firm and polite. No nonsense allowed inside the hotel. A very decent Indian breakfast well conceived. The south facing rooms will expose you to the bars and parties in Pattaya all night long :)

Hotel is a bit dated, can improve their breakfast spread. No positivity from most of the staff and recive a answer of NO for any request. At check in were given lecture of various instructions of do's and don'ts and charges for any thing damaged or missing in the room rather than making us feel welcome

Excellent hotel, personnel sympathique, grande salle de restauration à faibles tarifs, grande piscine propre & surveillé avec transats, parasols et serviettes à volonté, Bien situé avec toutes les activités possible de jour comme de nuit accessibles à pieds. Seul bémol, le Wi-Fi est vraiment catastrophique.

짐도 옮겨주시고 체크인 체크아웃 처리 빨라서 좋습니다 방열쇠를 잃어버리면 현지 환율로 2500바트 입니다 방 열쇠 소지 잘 하고 다니세요~ 2층을 이용했는데 2층 이용자는 엘레베이터 탈 일이 없습니다 비상계단이 따로있어요 제가 숙작했던 방은 샤워부스 배수가 잘안되서 조금 불편했습니다

快適でした。特に良かったのはプールとシャワーの湯量、バルコニーでタバコを喫えたこと。値段も安かったので文句ないです。 強いて難点をあげるなら、貴重品ボックスが部屋にないこと、エレベーターがかなりボロいことぐらいでしょうか。

開業35年以上のホテルなので設備は古いです。部屋の鍵はカードキーではありません。昔ながらの金属製の鍵で外出時はフロントに預け、帰ってきたらフロントで受け取ります。 セーフティボックスが部屋には無いので、貴重品はフロントに預けるスタイルです。 部屋にコンセントが無く、電気スタンド等を抜いて使用しました。洗面所にも無いので電気シェーバーやドライヤーは使えません。 チェックイン時に部屋は掃除されて整っているように感じましたが、繁忙期だったせいか毎日の部屋の掃除はタオル交換とゴミ箱のゴミを捨てる程度でした。連泊すると埃や髪の毛等が気になります。風呂の排水も悪くなるので自分で処理しました。 11階300以上の客室でエレベーターが２ツなので、かなり待ちます。満員で乗れないこともあります。 客層はインド人が多数で、毎日大型バスが発着しています。 朝食のビュッフェの品数は多くありませんが、ひと通りの料理は揃っています。 従業員は宿泊客用の料理をお喋りしながら素手でつまみ食いをしたり、客室前の廊下で地べたに座りジュースを飲みながら数人でお喋りをしている光景を度々見かけました。

Nice hotel but too many tour groups

Reception/front desk staff very nice and friendly (especially the girl with glasses!) but rest of the staff not so friendly. No smiles or hello from anyone. Lobby was amazing, rooms could do with updating. Too many tour groups. Full of Indians and Russians, (I am British indian and even I found them rude and too many). But was still a nice stay at a good price.

Wi-fi 接收 不良 洗手間 設備毛巾比較舊 電視機 有些 收得不好 選擇電視台不多 房內都比較清潔 住附近比較方便去商場 酒店住客 印度人比較多 所以 酒店早餐特別安排 分兩邊 一邊是給印度人 另一邊是 中美式早餐 早餐都可以 如果酒店有機場接送服務就比較好。

The hotel staff here is the most terrible I've ever seen. They didn't smile and sat around and made fun of the hotel guests. The breakfast was marginal in quantity and quality, as was the staff.

Aldrig igen!

I motsatts till beskrivning så fanns ingen ”flat screen” tv, endast en gammal burktv. Inga internationella kanaler som utlovats förutom RT samt diverse indiska. Sängarna var stenhårda, städningen uselt dålig, frukosten helt inriktad på indier. För västerlänningar fanns kaffe och rostat bröd samt ägg.
