Express pattaya

Had another enjoyable stay in Empress Pattaya hotel ,the staff were friendly and welcoming as normal the room was clean and tidy there is kettle to hot drink in the morning and there's also a fridge but that ,s not stocked with anything. The shower room is well stocked with shower gel and shampoo towels changed every day along wiith bedding all fresh everyday

This was my second stay this year. My only disappointment was the pool area which had not been improved since my last visit in May 2024. Needs improvement with the decking area. Once again lack of sun beds although on my last day there was a delivery of replacement. This let’s the hotel down.

Worst hospitality at this hotel . The room we were staying had no Wi-Fi signal in the room. I had to stand in the corridor to get signal . I informed the first desk and showed to the engineer who was trying to restart the access point that the access ping has no issue, it’s the signal attenuation which is the problem. He agreed to that but the front desk were arguing that Wi-Fi is working. I asked them to change the room and they had rooms but were resistant towards offering me a room. I asked for the hotel manager and the manager was not there leaving the hotel with a dumb staff. I was told the manager comes at 9 or noon time and there is no way to contact the manager. The staff was very rude as if it’s my fault the Wi-Fi is not working. The moto of Thailand , is “land of smiles”. This hotel management doesn’t believe in the core value of Thailand! I will never recommend this hotel and if you have already booked, go ahead and cancel your bookings. There are much better options in the same area and much much better service. BTW, the hotel manager name is Ramika , who is the owner as per the rude staff. Applaud the ownership! Off course, pun intended!!

Dårlig hotell frokost

Alt var helt ok. Men dem som jobbet i resepsjonen car veldi dårlig i engelsk. Og frokosten var vare thai eller kinesisk mat. Ikke pålegg som ost og skinke. Så frokosten var ekstremt dårlig. Og det luktet rått på rommet. Mugg lukt. Bortsett fra dette var hotellet gelt greit. Dagelig rengjøring hver dag var bra.
