This budget priced Pattaya hotel needs a lot of money spending on it. It is very old, however very good value for money. All the essentials are there and whilst I wouldn't take my family there, it is an ideal no hassle place to stay for single people looking to enjoy the famous Pattaya nightlife.

Great location. Room was spacious with good sized desk for laptop working area. Accompanying balcony was nice with sliding glass door so fresh air could come in the morning. Room had broken tiles, leaking sink drain,low water pressure in shower and toilet. Staff was not friendly upon arrival. My airline had changed my arrival to one day early and leaving 3 days early. I had messaged them of the changes well in advance but they did not reply. They made me pay for the one day early more than what I was quoted for the room on my reservation.not traveler friendly
