Great location near beach and stores. Nice pool area for lounging or swimming. I had a suite which was outfitted with a Caffitaly espresso maker, which I loved. Very comfy bed in a sleeping alcove. Liked the small private balcony with outdoor table and chairs. Large and modern bathroom. My only complaint would be there is not enough light to see in the mirror. I will come here again when I can go to Pattaya.

Return Trip Disappointment

This was my second stay at Baan Khun Nine and it did not live up to my expectations set from my visit last year. I had issues with WiFi (never resolved), hot water, and Cable TV. My main problem was with WiFi since I work remotely every night and need to connect to computers back to the US. However, WiFi was off-line for all but one day during my stay. The Hotel does not have 24 hour service and the network engineers did not demonstrate any urgency in trying to resolve the issue. They had extremely limited English so I couldn't help them even though I had a strong hunch on what would have fixed the problem. I eventually gave up and switched hotels for the rest of my stay in Pattaya. If I hadn't pre-paid I would have changed earlier. Having said all this, and despite the low rating I gave them for this stay, I'd recommend the place for the casual tourist traveler. The rooms are comfortable (beds are hard which very typical in Thailand) and the cleaning staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet is adequate, but not extensive. And the hotel is in a quiet area but convenient to Beach Road and Central/Big C shopping center. The lack of hot water was a one time occurrence and I'm used to it being erratic in Thailand hotels. Similar with the Cable. although it seemed to cut out more frequently here.

冷氣機老舊，熱水不熱

14個人入住四間四人房，每間房間的熱水器，溫度都不夠，熱水器都調到最高，還是只有一點點溫，溫冷水交替，305房室內冷氣機溫度調太低的話，室內機內部會結冰掉出來，風也會變不涼，要關機讓他休息才會恢復，其餘都不錯

가성비 좋음

호텔이 오래되어 특히 화장실에 오래묵은 때나 곰팡이가 욕실에 많음. 리조트에서 운영하는 식당의 파타이와 볶음밥 너무 맛있음, 다른곳에서 특별히 안먹어도 만족. 비치와 아주 가깝고 비치로드에서 썽태우 타기 편함. 수영장은 그냥그냥 유럽인들이 많았고 중국인들도 간간히 있음. 옆방에서 담배 피우면 담배연기가 우리방까지 다 날라와서 방에 있기 힘들었음 (방음 잘 안됨) 아침 조식 가짓수는 없지만 너무 맛있음 터미널21과 빅c 걸어가기 가까움. 단점은 호텔이 아늑한 느낌이 없음. 비치로드쪽 전반적인 물가가 비싸서 망고하나 포장하는것도 힘들었음. 스탭들 친절함.
