The room was adequate. The room smelled I think from the AC and I couldn't turn up the temperature. Room was clean and the refrigerator, television and wifi worked well. Very small balconey. No pool. Staff was friendly and helpful. Still it was good for the price.

We stay frequently in Pattaya hotels. Our usual choice was unavailable, so we, two couples, stayed at Arcadia Mansion. The level of customer service at reception was atrocious. Both of our parties had seperate disagreements with different reception staff, making both groups unhappy. One of the reception staff let down the tires on our car. Thatโ€™s how bad this place is. It is a shame, because, while the hotel is run down, it has potential, if better managed. There are too many better places in Pattaya, to justify a stay at Arcadia Mansion.
