Room was cleaned everyday, if you want. Staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast is good selection. Only thing, sounds from the hallway you can hear very clearly, feel like they coming from your room, same with sounds coming from other rooms when you are in hallway.

This was our first stay in this hotel. They have a nice pool area and gym on roof top. The hotel staff are polite and I was honored by the staff when I had birthday. The hotel is near several shopping centres and restaurants. There were no issues with loud music from bars. If I come back to Pattaya, I'll most likely book this hotel again.
