A equipe é incrível.

A equipe vale a melhor avaliação possível! A cama é confortável e os travesseiros idem. O chuveiro é razoável, e o ar condicionado não resfriou o quarto. O café da manhã é muito bom, e tudo feito lá mesmo. O pao de queijo e os bolos são maravilhosos. Mas ainda assim, a diária caríssima para 3 pessoas num hotel 3 estrelas.

Foi uma experiência incrível! Todos os funcionários, sem exceção, são super atenciosos, sem serem "forçados"! O hotel é simples, mas, como ótimas acomodações. O café da manhã é incrível. Uma pequena ressalva para o banheiro... faltou suportes para pendurar as toalhas de banho. Detalhe. Mas, que faz diferença para quem quer reaproveitar a mesma toalha, sem que ela esteja úmida no próximo banho.

Zona no hotel, mas café da manhã bom.

Tinha um time de futebol hospedado, estava uma zona no hotel! Gritaria, música, podadas fortes nos quartos, correria nos corredores, eu e outros hóspedes reclamamos, até escutei o funcionário indo pedir para diminuírem a bagunça de noite e madrugada, mas não deu conta do recado! Única coisa que salvou foi o café da manhã, muito bom!

Roupa de cama com cheiro ruim. Muito barulho logo cedo (domingo), nao há isolamento nas portas, hospedes arrastando malas as 6h da manha, camareiras com os carrinhos logo cedo tb. ficamos no andar do restaurante, entao o barulho foi bem inconveniente para um domingo. Solicitei alteracao para o Expedia da quantidade de hospedes, pois reservei para 3 pessoas e fomos 2 pessoas (solicitei com 48h de antecedencia), porem o atendimento da Expedia me informou que nao haveria alteracao de valores, o que nao foi verdade. Paguei mais caro sem necessidade, por informação errada da Expedia.

Bom custo benefício

A limpeza do banheiro e do quarto estava em ordem, mas a cortina tinha um cheio insuportável de cigarro, mesmo com placas de proibição de fumar no local. As cortinas em geral estavam bem sujas (alugamos mais de 1 quarto). A mobília é bem antiga e precisa de reformas, mas as camas e travesseiros são ótimos e as roupas de cama e banho estavam bem limpas e cheirosas! Funcionários do hotel muito educados!

Checkin ok. Checkout um horror. Eu paguei pelo hotels.com e o hotel disse que eu não tinha pago e me fez pagar novamente. Depois que eu paguei, acessei fatura do cartão e email do hotels.com para provar que já havia pago. Depois disso, muita dificuldade para estornar o valor indevidamente cobrado. Funcionário despreparado. Nota zero para o checkout.
