They started off by giving away a room that we had booked. They were confused so they delayed the whole check-in process because of it. The bed felt like you were sleeping on a boxspring. Probably the worst bed I have ever slept on in my life, but the location was great.

The best for the price

This place is the best you’ll find for the price. Accomodations were excellent and will be better as there were active improvements being made during our stay. There is a lobby available to stay during the wait of your room being prepared prior to check-in, and safe enough to leave your luggage if you prefer to go and explore.

I haven't a bad word to say. In fact ive rebooked the Taksim for my next tripto Patong. The house keeping was spot on, the staff were very kind, helpful and friendly. I loved the location, close to bangla road and opposite the beach. So im summation, i would recommended the Taksim.

Overall a good value. Staff is very friendly and helpful. For future customers info, they do not take credit card for the security deposit so have cash on hand when you arrive. Also the hotel check-in and lobby is hidden at the back of what looks like a small mall/shops. It’s not obvious when you approach the hotel from the sidewalk.

The room was a good size and was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even have a lounge area to pick up a snack, free water and coffee. It is in a very convenient area with many things to do. Not an issue for me, but an observation is if you want a quiet place at night or are a light sleeper it is noisy.

If you’re looking for a budget-friendly beach location, this place is a great option. Everything is conveniently located right around the corner from the hotel. The bellman, Coco, was friendly and helpful, while the check-in clerk, Su, was amazing. I arrived much earlier than usual, but she was able to get me a room sooner than expected. I’m very grateful for the overall experience and will definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a budget-friendly beach getaway.
