The hotel location was very convenient as it was walking distance to a lot of shops, restaurants and the beach. Staff was very polite and kind but there were a few things we weren’t made aware of before checking in as we booked through Expedia. They require $2000 baht room deposit CASH only upon check in so have money available. They do a walk through of your room upon check out to make sure everything is in order before giving you your deposit back; this took about 10-15 minutes. The couch in our room had multiple existing stains which made us not want to sit on it. They don’t allow durian and mangosteen in your room and will give you a fine if they see it; housekeeping will notify management and they will send you a warning letter with pictures. Their pool/jacuzzi was down during our visit so we didn’t get to use that. Overall, it was a good stay. Just wish we were informed of certain things in advance before booking.

Very nice room with a nice bed. Nice view outside the room. Negative is the shower doesn’t hold any temperature. It cycles from hot to cold and will not stay the same temperature. The room was very nice.

Great stay here. The staff were all friendly (especially Ling and Aria), my room was big, spacious and clean. It even had a bath! The location was perfect too, 5 mins to Patong beach one way, Bangla Road and the town 5/10 mins the other way. Would recommend! The only "downside" would be that the air conditioning machines on the balconies are noisy, and the curtains aren't blackout (very sheer!) so you might need an eye mask if you prefer pitch black. It was fine for me though. I'd stay again 😊

Nice place to stay. Only issue was the rooms are on various levels and u have to carry your bags. Eg. My room was on level 2, had to catch the lift to level 4 then Dow the stairs to level 2. With 2 big bags. Total inconvenience. Our room was nice and clean. Only stayed 1 night so didn't use any of the facilities

Property is very old, beds are as hard as a rock, staff are rude and unhelpful, swimming pool makes your skin & clothes turn yellow, spa is cold. Bed makes a lot of noise and makes for a terrible sleep

Rude front desk, wanted to hold my passport at check in for 1000 baht instead of just letting me go to an ATM to pull out the 1000 bht deposit. Super rude for no reason. Everything there is about money
