I staying in Patong for 3 nights on arrival in Phuket. The Hotel is situated in a great location (2 minutes walk to the beach & Bangla Rd) The Staff are all hard working & very pleasant (as the majority of Thai people are (the land of smiles). I would recommend anyone to stay in this Hotel, I had an excellent stay.

The good: Amazing staff. Super friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and serviced regularly. Shower was broken on arrival but fixed quickly on request. The not so good: Bathroom was missing hanging hooks, and bed base was an exposed wooden box. WiFi seemed to drop in and out but otherwise fast. Beachside rooms very noisy due to nearby busy street, would benefit from double glazed windows / doors. I enjoyed my 11 night stay and would likely return.
