I like that the staff was overly friendly and welcoming. The flight was delayed and we didn't arrived until the next day. They where so understanding and helpful. I will recommend this hotel to anyone coming to PATON PHUKET. It's in the heart of everything. Just minutes away from the beach,night life and shopping area's. There are lots of massages parlor in the area. The hotel is very clean. I recommend you try the floating breakfast at the pool side. It was amazing. Thank you Marilyn Roberts 1312 and 1314.

Very good location…3 minutes walking from 2 beach entrances and 3 minutes walk from Bangla road. Staff were very polite and attentive. Very nice rooftop restaurant/ lounge. The gym is small and does not have good ventilation, so use the facilities at the Quality hotel 3 minutes away. You can also use the sauna and steam room there. Overall a pleasant stay.

I staying in Patong for 3 nights on arrival in Phuket. The Hotel is situated in a great location (2 minutes walk to the beach & Bangla Rd) The Staff are all hard working & very pleasant (as the majority of Thai people are (the land of smiles). I would recommend anyone to stay in this Hotel, I had an excellent stay.
