This is a very central location a few mins walk to Bangla Road nightlife and shopping. The hotel exceeded my expectations very good morning breakfast unlimited soft healthy drinks dispenser different varieties daily. Staff are pleasant and visible nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are not the biggest but adequate for two sharing. Very clean I would stay there again.

I am very satisfied with my recent stay at this hotel and will definitely choose it again the next time I visit Patong. Everything was excellent, but I would especially like to highlight: The staff: Incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The cleanliness: The housekeeping team did a fantastic job every day. The pool area: A wonderful and relaxing place to spend time. The location: Perfect and very convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Patong!

Overall happy with the location and our stay was pleasant. However, we booked the double room with king bed, but got 2 single beds pushed together to create the king. Notified staff about this inconvenience, however the staff we spoke with wasn’t helpful, and instead of getting this rectified our room was just cleaned. I wouldn’t mind staying here again just hoping that, in future if I book a specific room I expect it to be reflected as is.

Left off on star because I believe the bathroom shower could’ve been cleaner otherwise, staff are amazing and super helpful and kind, daily breakfast is 10/10, the location couldn’t have been better, and it’s perfect to simply have somewhere comfortable to recharge after being out all day. Would recommend if you’re looking for these things and not an extreme luxury, costly place.
