“Very well located and easy access to the property. We asked to change rooms as we had to have the window open due to hot weather on the busy road and we were immediately offered a room at the back.
Continental breakfast was a nice touch. Would definitely recommended a stay here.”

“This is one of the worst places we ever stayed. We stayed there for a night. Room and bathroom are very dirty with full of dust. Poorly maintained. I cleaned spider web on the bathroom counter. Bathroom flush doesn't work properly. Water pressure is good but keeps switching between hot and cold. Makes it difficult to use.
Towels are not good. Lint from towels sticked to body. Thin pillow per person were provided. They don't have an extra pillow. This hotel is not at all worth the price....

“The staff were very friendly, and made us feel at home! The room was cozy and the view was beautiful, though the road outside was rather noisy, but it dies down after dark. I was hooked on the Cotswold Stout while we were there, and the town absolutely won our hearts! Highly recommended The Bear if you're around Marlborough!”
