Really nice little hotel in a great location. The room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly.

Property was rather small and not really suited to older people due to very narrow steep steps to access the apartment

This visit we stayed in the studio around behind the hotel. We had several problems Small things, the pillows were flat and lumpy, the shower was very slippery. We did not notice these (except the pillows) until late our second night and we had an early departure so we just put up with it. However, when we tried to use the tv mounted on the wall we found it was not plugged in and the cords would not reach so we couldn’t plug it in. The bigger problem was that when we returned from dinner late there was a horrible sewer smell emanating from the shower drain. Our prior experience in the main hotel was definitely superior. We would stay again but those issues need to be addressed. The staff was very kind and would likely have tried to address those issues, but unfortunately, we discovered it very late and we were leaving early the next morning so it was not worth it we needed to sleep.

Everything was on point and exactly as expected! The staff was terrific and the accommodations were the best!

Spent two nights aboard Floatinn, largest boat Catamaran on Lake Geneva — a truly unique and peaceful stay. Waking up to the gentle sway of the boat and a fresh, beautifully prepared breakfast by Captain Jean-Luc, was unforgettable. The private four-course dinner hosted onboard was warm, personal, and delicious, making us feel more like cherished guests than travelers. A great stay in Geneva at Home Swiss Hotel! The room was clean, had a nice balcony, tea and coffee on the side, a comfortable chair to relax in, a very good shower. The breakfast was well presented with nice options. The location is perfect if you want to get into the main part of the city but not stay directly in the centre. The staff are very polite and welcoming.

A nice and neat little hotel with a very convenient location. Friendly staff, good breakfast with a good variety of fruits. Only annoyance for me is the overall room space is small.
