First the numbers that they had provided no body is answering that calls that totally unprofessionalism. While walk in checked the rate with reception staff they are telling higher prices then online.

I booked this stay for my parents and they had an extremely bad experience. They mentioned the staff really poor, when asked to provide towels, they said there are no more towels to give. The washroom toilet was leaking and stinking. Staff was very unprofessional. They had to ask them multiple times for anything. I feel really bad about the experience my parents had. Completely waste of money and huge disappointment. The rooms especially the bathroom was unhygienic and dirty. Never recommend it anyone.

I was very disappointed with the hotel as it was not providing the basic need for day to day hot water was not working towels were not clean bedding was not clean room was too cold staff was very helpful they can do only so much it's up to owner to upgrade the hotel room standard entrance of the hotel misleading to the rooms i will rate this hotel zero our stay was short but it has caused lot of stress which we least needed as we were attending wedding
