Apartamentos en Pateros

“Location is very convenient and the host is very easy to contact/ communicate with. But if I could suggest something it would be nice if there’s a kitchen towel and hand towel to use in the unit. The only issue that we had was the elevator service ( there was only two elevators that is functioning for our two week stay, which is very problematic for such a big/ tall building and there’s no rump if you’re carrying a big bag, other than that I would say it was a nice experience.”

“The actual communication between Expedia , the condo owner , and the manager of the building itself was not good . It was no reflection of the owner as we communicated and she received no confirmation of my reservation ! She was very reasonable and helpful . The manager and staff were not as helpful . I was put in a room that was not what I reserved ?? I stayed one night in the room then requested a refund as it was disappointing ! They then showed me another suite that was exceptable the next...

“I really love where I stayed in room 1937. It was on 19th floor with city view. The host was so accommodating and replies always in an instant. Room was clean, smells good and quiet. Everything was advised smoothly. I only wish check in is earlier like hotels like 2pm.”

“Good value accommodation in a great location near high street public area. Market and pharmacy nearby Kitchen was adequate though instructions for stove operation would have been helpful, possibly a rice cooker oiler among the kitchen supplies.”

“Overall, we had positive experience . The property match the listing and the host communicated well. A few aspects could be improved, a sting smell in the room ( ? drainage ) that comes and go .”

“위생 청결하고 직원들도 친절하고 좋았습니다. 감사합니다”

“Avoid the restaurant at all costs... 90% of the menu is unavailable including ALL alcoholic beverages except 1 cheap wine option. Even though ALL the liquors and wines are displayed, they are for display only. The rest of the hotel was absolutely phenomenal and in a perfect location. Staff was amazing and the room was better than other places in Manila. I will stay here every time in the future. But I will just avoid dinning there. But there are amazing restaurants near by so this is not...

“Check in was good, just remember to bring your driver's license or they will hold your passport. Check out was not as good as we almost missed our flight as someone must sign for you to get your id back. The unit was nice and clean, I would recommend.”
