Pontos de melhorias

Gostamos do Hotel, achamos bem tranquilho para descanso, mas como sempre viajamos e temos uma experiência, quero relatar alguns pontos a serem melhorados neste Hotel ; - Colocar atendentes mais simpáticas para atender ao público, pois isso faz toda diferença - Por ser quarto com uma bela sacada, faltou cadeiras na sacada e uma mesinha, nem que for pequena, pois estávamos em 03 pessoas no quarto com apenas 01 cadeira dentro do quarto, visto que tive que pedir mais, onde levaram uma poltrona, ou seja a outra pessoa teve que sentar no chão, enquanto usufruímos a bela vista da sacada, e isso faz toda diferença em uma estadia em quarto com sacada, visto que estamos pagando para isso. - Na chegada no quarto, não tinha toalhas, tivemos que pedir, onde posteriormente levaram. - Mais travesseiros disponíveis, pois de fato tinha 01 para cada pessoa, sendo que 02 deles eram muito baixo e pequeno, mas como levamos o nosso, nem pedimos. - Mais cobertores, pois tinha apenas 01 de casal, mas como também levamos, não reclamamos. - Mais controle de fluxo de pessoas no café da amanhã, pois toda vez que íriamos tomar café, ninguém nos pediu o quarto, o que conota um não controle de fluxo pessoas no café da manhã . - O Hotel poderia liberar alimentos e bebidas desde que não seja de vidro nas áreas comuns, trazidos de casa, principalmente na área da piscina, pois eu mesma só tomo cerveja sem glutém e no Hotel não tinha esta bebida a venda, entendo que são detalhes que ficam agradáveis na estadia.

A estadia foi boa, o hotel é muito bem feito porem precisa de uma pequena reforma, ar condicionado em pessimas condições, pintura do predio velha e sem padrão de limpeza de piscinas e areas comuns, alguns dias tinha limpeza e outros não. No geral é bom.
