Muito limpo, café da manhã bom, equipe ótima e solícita, quarto confortável e ótima localização! Porém: 1. Não tinha ferro de passar nos quartos (só tinha um ao lado do lobby e não funcionada direito) 2. Cartão de acesso aos quartos desmagnetizava toda hora! Usava uma vez e já parava de funcionar 3. Chuveiro com fluxo de água para todos os lados (precisa de uma limpeza) 4. Falta de cabides (só tinha 3 cabides para um quarto duplo)

O quarto poderia estar melhor higienizado, muito pó e o carpete tb não ajuda muito. Sugiro edredons com capa onde a higiene é melhor e não cobertores de lá, que nem se usa mais. E na estrutura, toda cabeceira de cama há que se ter tomadas, para uso inclusive de saúde, tipo Cipaps e tb não havia extensões disponíveis para suprir essa deficiência.

Hotel muito adequado para passagens rápidas.

O atendimento na recepção foi muito bom, cordial e com as informações suficientes. O saguão é bem agradável e confortável, mas falta um bar para a gente relaxar um pouco. Apartmanto é espaçoso e a cama confortável, mas o banheiro deixa a desejar, sendo muito apertado e com falhas na limpeza. Café da manhã bem variado, dentro das expectativas.
