Good hotel. We would stay there again

We enjoyed our stay and were pleasantly surprised for what we got, for the price. Our rooms were comfortable and very clean. The breakfast exceeded our expectations- a wide range of choices. If solely an anglophone it might be a bit confusing at check in (but this would not be unusual, as English is rarely spoken outside of main tourist areas). The staff were pleasant and helpful. We would stay there again if in the area.

O hotel é muito bonito, assim como o quarto, que é amplo e confortável. Possui TV por assinatura com muitos canais. A equipe da recepção é bastante simpática e a localização é muito boa. O chuveiro é bom, porém é um pouco difícil acertar a temperatura da água, e senti falta de um suporte no box para apoiar os itens de higiene. O café da manhã deixou um pouco a desejar. Apesar de haver boa variedade, faltaram opções mais integrais, já que havia apenas pão branco. O pão de queijo acaba ficando murcho por causa do vapor, pois fica junto aos outros pratos quentes, e também senti falta de bolos com um perfil mais caseiro e integral. O restaurante anexo ao hotel é excelente, com comida muito saborosa, bem servida e com preço justo.

Principal inconveniente foi ao chegarmos a água quente de um dos quartos não estar funcionado. Os hospedes deste quarto tomaram banho frio pois tinham um evento com hora. Informaram na recepção e resolveram o problema ao retornar do evento o banho estava funcionado. Os quartos são confortaveis, arejados, limpos e bem equipados e constratam com os corredores e recepção do hotel que tem um aspecto desleixado, um pouco sujo com carpetes soltos e móveis velhos. O Hotel também peca na sinalização interna custamos a achar o local de café da manhã qu é bem escondido, mas este é muito bom com boa oferta de alimentos inclusive naturais como "Kefir" o local do café também agradável e limpo.

o quarto é espaçoso porém diferente das fotos que vi no site hotel.com. achei a cama um pouco desconfortável (no nosso caso eram duas camas de solteiro que juntaram e virou uma cama de casal). banheiro espaçoso e chuveiro bom (na média). o atendimento no check in foi bom porém tinha vários hospedes chegando ao mesmo tempo. vale deixar registrado que o estacionamento é pego (R$ 30,00)

Tive uma ótima estadia

Gostei muito da minha estadia neste hotel. Fui agora no inverno, mas não sofri com frio, pois o ar condicionado também tem função de aquecedor e tem um aparelho para deixar os a cama aquecida. Esteticamente o local é bem bonito. Tem a opção de jantar no hotel. Wifi liberado para hospedes. Não tenho o que reclamar, só elogiar. Muito bom!

Confesso que fui surpreendido. O estabelecimento tem várias salas de reuniões e ambientes com decoração muito interessante, todas as dependências são limpas e o quarto muito agradável que me proporcionou um ótimo descanso.
