“La stanza era molto bella, spaziosa e confortevole. Il personale gentile e la struttura sopra la media delle strutture alberghiere di montagna. Ovviamente gestire una struttura così grande non dev’essere semplice, quindi può capitare qualche inconveniente ma nulla di spiacevole. La struttura è molto improntata all’ospitalità per famiglie, quindi non aspettatevi un hotel adults only. La colazione ottima e abbondante e rifornita in continuazione. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.”

“Ho comperato una stanza per tre . All’accettazione ho detto che causa malattia de figlio mia moglie e mio figlio non sarebbero venuti. Niente pagato per 3. Mi cadono occhialoni sulle scale , mi accorgo che sono già sul transfer provo tutto il giorno a chiamare il centralino . Sempre in attesa mai una risposta . Avrò fatto 100 chiamate . Assurdo.
