Everything very clean. Quiet and a perfect place to visit the Field of Light at Sensorio.

Room was larger than expected and nicely furnished. Grounds were very pretty and well maintained. Front desk staff were excellent.

Pro's: - Good place to stay for a day trip to Hearst Castle. - Sweet cottage / cabin feel - Great for families - Pool and water was super clean Cons: - Majority of the cable channels on the TV were working - Free Wi-Fi - could not do much at all with it - Game room was closed during our stay

We will definitely stay here again. The rooms are clean and quiet, it's close to downtown, and pet friendly. Great find.

The hotel is amazing!! So charming and has a romantic vibe. There is a nice courtyard with fountains and fireplaces and plenty of places to sit and enjoy some wine or s'mores. The place is an older facility butit does have dome character compared to chain hotels.

first room was nice, but right next to an extremely loud ice machine on the top floor. changed rooms to a quieter room, staff was no problem doing so.

Location was great. Grounds were clean and easy parking. Could have had a blow dyer in room.

Room and establishment were clean. We felt safe in the hotel and surrounding area. Our room did smell heavily of cigarettes. We went to Rite Aid to purchase a scented plug-in which helped a little. It's possible the cigarette smell has become imbedded in the furniture. Furniture may need to be replaced ...

Our room and bathroom (101) were newly remodeled, updated and were very clean. Everything was pretty basic. If you like fluffy bath towels, you might want to bring your own, but other than that, it was perfectly fine for one night.

Amazing place to stay....the whirlpool tub alone is with every penny. We will be coming back in the near future.
