“It was quite dissapointing that we were late for check-in, but there was not anyone from hotel staff that would have contacted us to keep in the touch. In fact, when we were about an hour journey to arrive at the hotel, the receptionist called to let us know that she'll be out of shift soon and will just leave the room key by the reception counter. I find this very rude as a customer to be treated this way. The hotel management itself should have a replacement staff for the shift changing time...

“El mejor hotel de esa playa pero no encuentro la relación calidad-precio esperada. Creo gran parte del staff no entiende que la clientela occidental espera otro tipo de servicio, creo que ellos piensan lo hacen muy bien pero no es cierto, bastaría con preguntar al cliente, solo lo oyen cuando se queja. Les queda un camino por recorrer con este tipo de clientes.”
