Vacations Close To Pascagoula River Audubon Center

By accident I booked an animal friendly room. So not sure if this applies to regular rooms but the room was gross. The couch was chewed up and I honestly wouldn’t let my dog sit on it. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly and the room was so humid everything was wet. Due to the humidity there was what looked like mold on the mirrors. Bugs in the bathroom. Thankfully we had an early flight and only spent about 6 hours in the room. Only high point was guy at check in.

The hotel itself was beautiful and newly decorated and done. Only problem was that the air was set to high that I had to text the number(there is not front desk staff) after about 20 min a maintenance man contacted me and told me how to change the air. They use an eco setting that will not allow you to lower the air under 72 it was super stuffy and warm in our room. Also there is not amenities such as vending machines or water fountains. The only thing offered was ice. Since hotel is all virtual you have to use a code to enter building and also your room with the key pad. There was several times that code pad wouldn’t work and we had issues getting in. Again hotel was beautiful rooms were nice but the bed…… it was like sleeping on wood. The only staff I seen was housekeeping that came by our room at 9am and woke us up.

We check in on Friday. Our room smell like marijuana. Had rooms with broken windows. Ppl next to us was fighting all night. Every one was smoking pot . We try to go to pool it’s had algae and so green. The table were all broken and rusted. We ended up checking out sunday because we could not take the smell anymore. We had broken doors in our room. Flooring had pieces missing. Still had dirty towels in bathroom. Our light did not work in bathroom
