Nice hotel in the middle of town

This hotel is nicely sited within view of many local stores so it very convenient. The Argentine girl on the reception was a delight to speak to regarding the unusual hobby of me and my co-guest. Best of all is staying during April as the rooms cost next to nothing as the ski season is over. The only negative is the room I was in had an audible plumbing type noise from behind the wall which continued through the night.

A mi llegada me informan que el ascensor está fuera de servicio y que si es alguna molestia, le informo que por problemas de rodilla de mi mujer si que es un problema pero que nos contestaremos con lo que hay, en lo que la persona que nos atendió muy amablemente y profesionalidad, nos ubicó en otro hotel muy cerca de este y en las mismas condiciones por lo que le estamos muy agradecidos mi mujer y yo.

Excellent customer service from Sophie.

A great location. Sophie, the lady on reception was really lovely and let us pay to stay a bit later in the room as I felt a little unwell. We really appreciated this. We had a room high up and view of the street and the mountains. Parking was available on the streets nearby at 4.90 euros for 4 hours and free 8pm until 9am. Bring coins. Our triple room was adequate for a one night visit. Thank you to Sophie for excellent customer service

Tres bien. L'arrivée est simplifiée par le check in en ligne. Hôtesse daccueil tres sympathique. Chanbre très confortable, avec une baignoire, l'ideal avec les enfants. Voila quelqies annees que nous venons et nous ne sommes jamais decus.

Cambiamos de habitación por el ruido que hacían las tuberías y por el ruidos de los baños que se escuchaba cuando se bañaban los vecinos. Mi mujer olvidó en la habitación su camisón de noche y se lo llevaron el servicio de limpieza y no quisieron devolverlo. Una auténtica vergüenza por parte de ellas. No volveré nunca a ese hotel y no lo recomiendo a nadie por ladrones!

Hi there, I've just received a request for feedback and I was hoping I had the opportunity to help mproving your service. There is a lot of scope for improvement but luckily they are all easy fix. I am going to start from the "must change" going progressively to the "nice to have" 1. Mould around the bath and on the wall. This is unacceptable. It takes a bottle of Bleach and a bit of sealant to fix it 2. Nothing complementary other than two bottles of water. Your daily rate would justify a kettle, some tea bags and a couple of biscuits. It makes the customer feel welcome. 3. Furniture is battered 4. The bed for two is too small and the mattress uncomfortable. 5. Only 3 cushions. 6. The doors are not hotel doors. I'm sure there are some fire safety concerns and not compliance with regulation. 7. Breakfast could be improved. There are not vegetarian options for hot breakfast 8. Windows are not sound proof and I got woken up every night by people chatting when walking on the street. It is possibly the worst hotel I have ever been, but with some little changes it can be improved substantially

Chambre de bonne taille pour 3 personnes, et propre même si on a eu un doute sur les draps du petit lit. Sdb Propre mais vaillissante . Ascenseur vieillissant. Petit déjeuner médiocre, les machines à jus en pannes (les 3), café très mauvais. Laitage pas mis au frigo. Hôtel sans parking, parking payant.

Hôtel non insonorisé, bruyant ! Toute la nuit j’ai entendu le voisin de chambre ronfler. Le chauffage n’est pas indépendant, il faisait une chaleur intense dans la chambre. Ne regardez pas les photos du petit déjeuner : il n’y a rien qui correspond, il faut aller au bar à côté prendre un café et viennoiseries c’est tout. Côté réception l’amabilité est limite, les sourires inexistants. Hôtel propre.
