My wife found the hotel charming. It felt like an old style hotel. No elevator (I was aware of this beforehand.) Our room had a private bathroom (down the hall, which I also knew was possible.) the maids didn't clean our room or bathroom until we complained. The rest of the staff was quite helpful. Buses run downtown on Congress St. (although we usually took an Uber.) Breakfast was buffet Euro. This review is the average on mine and my wife's.
