This was a great location, in the middle of a Mall. Target,Ross, Michaels, Sephora..plenty of eateries. The room was clean and spacious, great King size bed, the air conditioning was excellent as well. The gym didn’t have any towels or cleaning wipes. I had to bring my own and the elevators didn’t match the cleanliness of the property. Overall I would stay again, the staff was very helpful and pleasant.

I traveled for 8 hours and arrived at 3 pm. I was told if I checked in I would be charged $75 for early check in. I’m 70 years old! In the room was 2 bottles of water clearly labeled I would be charged $2 each if I wasn’t a high ranking member. Next to it was a kerig but … how would I use it without buying the water? Breakfast was not free. Internet only free if you are a member. It’s a Hilton. Why nickel and dime your guests? Super disappointed. Location was very convenient and hotel was clean. Loved the bathroom amenities. I am an IHG member but because I booked through hotels.com my 3 night stay doesn’t count towards anything.
