Very wellaintained and check-in was a snap. A REAL breakfast the next morning in the lobby dining area, provided by HYATT was a must have and it was excellent. Highly recommend.

The room was average. I liked the actual set up! They need to replace the showers they are worn but the house keeping people were great if you needed anything so that was a plus. They offer a variety of things to do but nothing was open so what a waste. The continental breakfast was trash for the price of the stay. I have definitely had better at other hotels. But overall it was a great stay and I would book again if I had to.

Great little family getaway.

Everything was great. The room was clean and spacious. Everything worked as it should. The pool was just the right size, clean, and comfortable. My only recommendation would be having a turkey or beef meat option for breakfast as not everyone eats pork.

Very bad service people in the front desk they should not be a front desk workers 1 am checking in and we had a room booked they said we see your booking but the hotel is full and I get an email some one check ed in our behalf it felt like they was giving the rooms to the people they know very unprofessional id look somewhere else before ever considering this hotel

Room hadn’t been updated in a long time, carpet was stained and had cigarette burns on it in the bathroom. Furniture was worn, there was fluorescent lighting over the kitchen. While there’s no way of getting here without a car, I had to pay extra fees for parking from a third party service, which added service fees on top.

If you’re claustrophobic, don’t get breakfast.

Very nice hotel, but breakfast area is way too crowded and small. Bed wasn’t that comfortable as well.
