I stayed at this hotel specifically due to proximity to a nearby funeral home. The parking lot is in terrible shape and gave a bad impression. There were no signs to assist finding your way around. The front desk experience was fine. The adventure to find the room seemed slightly ridiculous such as my room started with a 4 in a two story hotel. The hallways were endless and looked like I was going through employee areas to find my room. The vending machines were old, half broken and expensive. The room was clean but dated. The breakfast area was clean but very limited in items to eat so I did not partake. I would stay again if necessary but not seek out this location

Every thing was good except I found a bug on my pillow ,also the shower pressure should be stronger. Regarding breakfast buffet there should be more toasters and waffle machine instead of people waiting in line.those coast nothing to add.

Was unable to check in due to expired ID. Wayne laws are strict. Had to make emergency reservation at another hotel. I am an 83 year old senior who is technically homeless and live on social security. I have to move frequently due to hotel policies. This causes aggravation to physical problems. If Expedia paid you, then I deserve to be reimbursed. The monies were withheld from my account and if I am not reimbursed, I'll be living on the street.

Don’t ever stay here. When I first arrived my room smelled like strong weed. I went back to the front desk to get another room because no way was my family and I staying in there. The second room had a huge rip in the ceiling where the paint was peeling badly, the shower was clogged, and so was the toilet. We back to the front desk to let them know and they advised they have no maintenance staff so there was nothing they could do beside give us another room. Now going on our third room, we inspect the beds before even laying in them (we do this for every room we went to) and we find bed bugs! I too a picture of it and immediately went back to the front desk frustrated and angry at this point. When I showed the front desk the picture it was as if they know they have bed bugs and don’t care, they weren’t even phased by what they saw and didn’t even apologize. They simply offered another room. After seeing that there was no way my family and I was staying there. I demanded a refund and they kept denying me since I booked through Expedia. Once I contacted Expedia directly they were more than helpful to help me out. They even told me they weren’t the ones to provide me a refund it was the hotel so they had to contact them directly but at the end, Expedia was able to get my money back. The worst hotel ever!
