“Convenient location, clean room, and friendly stuff! Breakfast was complementary, they had bagels, muffins, waffles, cereals, yogurt, and bread. I was also surprised they not only had coffee, juice, and hot chocolate, but they also had apple cider! Only 2 downsides are that the fridge is quite loud at night and the room had a humid smell when I first entered. Great stay overall!”

“What can I say? We booked the wrong date and neither the hotel nor Expedia would give us a refund or change the booking. Our loss. Somebody else's gain, I guess. :(
Actually, I don't know if Expedia would have given us a refund, because I called them and was on hold for one hour and gave up. I think that's their strategy. Just wear the caller down until he gives up.”

“The room was not clean upon arrival\. The carpet had not been vacuumed, and the bathroom tiles were dirty\. At breakfast, the coffee and tea stations were empty, and there was no staff member monitoring or refilling them\. Several breakfast items also ran out and were not replenished in a timely manner\. Overall, the cleanliness and service did not meet expectations\. Restaurant was closed. Staff were not overly friendly when asked for direction.”
