El servicio, atención previa, durante y al salir es espectacular, la recomendación del lugar de cata que me dieron antes de llegar fue top (RGMX) Se siente nuevo y las instalaciones son de primer nivel muy limpio y es super tranquilo, muy cómodo y sin duda si regresamos a Parras seria mi opción para hospedarme si o si, buen servicio de Internet y esta incluido y es muy bueno Nos explicaron que son condominios que tienen su propio dueño cada uno,pero la administración del servicio como hotel por parte de Lumina es increíble. Su hubiera mas estrellas sin duda se las daría 100000/10

El hotel está wow! es demasiado lindo, tranquilo, cómodo, fácil de llegar, demasiado bonito, las camas espectacular, se duerme delicioso, pedí terraza y realmente vale la pena. Lo único malo es que la chica de recepción tiene mala actitud y le falta capacitación pero todo lo demás 10/10.
