Need restoration

The front desk personnel is very kind and helpful. However the hotel is out of the downtown area and the neighborhood does not seem to be very safe. The building is old (Room wall's coating style is from the 80's) and needs work urgently, in any other place it would not even cost half of the money they are charging per night. Be aware that they will go inside your room and turn off the AC even if you leave for a few minutes from the hotel facilities.

Llegamos después de la hora del check in pero previo nos contactaron para saber si llegaríamos m. El check in fue muy rápido. Por la noche regresamos tarde y nos esperaron para abrir el portón. Lugar cómodo, sencillo, sin pretensiones y muy bien ubicado.

DESCEPCIONANTE P ACTITUD DE LA ENCARGADA

La recepcion fue muy Descepcionante, ya que estaba cerrada con candado y el acceso del Auto tambien cerrado, Quedandonos afuera con la necesidad de pasar al baño, despues de un largo viaje, la encargada luego nos dice que esra su hora de comida, por eso Cerro el establecimiento ( 14:00 hrs) , posteriormente nos artiende con mala Actitud > No Volveremos Nunca al Hotel >
