Great location and excellent room. Our room faced the TMG building and on a clear day we could spot Mt Fuji!
The hotel is conveniently located very close to Shinjuku station, plus access to lovely cafes and konbini stores nearby.
Staff were very helpful and stored our luggage before checkin and also after we checked out since we had a train later in the day.

Overall good clean stay however we stayed 6 nights and they charge for anything outside of trash/towel change. So if you want your room cleaned and bed made up that costs an additional 750-1500 yen.... my only other issue was the noise of cars ripping it by at night because of the main road, but thats not their fault.
