Vacations Close To Loyal Duke's Dog Park

We really enjoyed our stay at the Maven. The central location is fantastic and made it easy to explore Denver's LoDo district, restaurants, and shops on foot, while jumping out to Red Rocks was a breeze. The room was good, though not quite great. Our room's proximity to the elevators meant a bit more noise and foot traffic than we would have preferred. We also noticed water damage on the shower ceiling that looked like it should have been repaired more thoroughly. That said, the hotel has a unique artsy, quirky personality that sets it apart from more generic properties. The staff and overall operation seemed well-managed, and the atmosphere was welcoming and fun. Despite a couple of maintenance shortcomings, we would happily stay here again for the location, character, and overall experience.

The access to watching sports.

Stayed with my husband for a concert. We were able to drop off our luggage early, enjoy the morning and then check in early. It’s close to just about everything we realized. Staff were very helpful and friendly! Loved it!

Love the location. Easy train ride from airport and one block away from Union Station. Love the whole ambience of the hotel. Nice room. Clearly somebody had smoked in the room even though it was non-smoking. I’ll deal with it – seems to be a common thread in the hotel industry. Cruise Room was excellent. Dinner at Urban Farmer was good but a few misses. Back to the room to tuck in for the night, and the TV didn’t work. Tried to use the hotel room phone to contact the front desk, it did not work. Called via my cell and went to voice mail – called back and someone finally answered and said the internet streaming services were not working but the regular TV should. Of course, neither the remote guide button nor the TV button got me anywhere – just ‘no signal’. They offered to send up engineering but because it was late I decided it could wait until tomorrow. TV fixed late in the afternoon the next day but phone was never fixed. Overall, it’s a beautiful historic hotel in a great location.

From Andy being amazing at reception at check in too Rick and Parker at the bar/restaurant every evening. We had an amazing time. Location is central to everything downtown and we just loved it. Thank you for making this such a great stay.
