Vacations Close To Neot HaKikar Park

Hotel centrally located across from Fremont district. I stayed in the updated tower, which was clean. The floors are thin, I could hear people walking above me. Food options are limited on premises. Gym was adequate . I was able to get a good workout in. By biggest disappointment was the pool area. Pool was a decent size, however; pool closes at 7pm. The average temperature was 118 degrees and it was unbearable to be in pool during the day because it felt like a jacuzzi. Night swim option would have been great. There are limited chairs with umbrellas which only gives you the option of sitting near bar in sweltering heat or purchasing cabana for $250. I will not be staying at Grand in the near future.

I would always recommend this hotel. Clean and spacious rooms, horrendous customer service. Be prepared to wait in lengthy queues to check in. Bizarre. Staff not helpful and seem annoyed
