Great place to stay clean and close to the attractions

Phone in the room did not work. Had to use the one in the water room(toilet) informed the desk, was told they would not be able to fix until the next day or so.

I know they’re going through major maintenance. But some things like a fridge would have been nice. Also, avoid weekend check in.

There was a clogged sink, and I never could get a hold of maintenance because their voicemail was full and they wouldn’t answer. Also, I was under the impression I was booking a deluxe suite along with another suite so that we would have a shared kitchen area. That was not the case. It was two smaller suites connected. Also there was a giant stain on the carpet, and part of the ceiling looked like it was falling down.
