Check in process was awful. We waited in line for an hour. The front desk was understaffed and there seemed to be a problem with each guest reservation in front of us. The check-in kiosks were not working.
The room was very nice despite needing a better dusting job.
The property is conveniently located and within easy walking distance to the Sphere and other attractions.
Free parking was a nice plus as were the variety of dining/drinking spots.
The kiosks weren’t working properly at checkout either.
Overall our stay would have been highly rated without the glitches during check-in and checkout. The price point was a real bargain compared to its pricey neighbors.
