Roundtrip non-stop flight included
Kahului (OGG) to Reno (RNO)
The room was not clean — dirty towel left in bathroom.
The reception did not clue us in that a voucher is needed for the shuttle.
Waited a long time to get checked in.
No water in the room, although it’s supposed to be included in the $50 resort fee.
The check out process was unnecessarily confusing.
