The room was to be cleaned with fresh towels only by noon of the second day…didn’t happen. The TV never did work properly and no instructions on its operation. Just not what I thought the hotel would deliver

Parking was difficult. Spaces were narrow and one lot was very steep. The lot below the A building meant hauling your bags up stairs . The air conditioning fan was very loud but at least it worked. The handicapped shower was not laid out well, In that I couldn't sit in the shower chair facing the water controls and reach the bath gel and shampoo behind me. The clothes hooks on the bathroom door were too high for someone in a wheelchair to reach. There was no usable bathroom counter space. We could hear the people above us too loudly
I did appreciate the complimentary Japanese Garden tickets.
