Vacations Close To Cove Palisades State Park

Campfire Hotel is far the best hotel - the Customer service was great, and I loved swimming in the saltwater pool or even relaxing in the hot tub at night. Great place to stay and will definitely stay here again.

From start to finish my stay was great. Stayed over a week on business/leisure and loved everything about it, the grounds and golf course were beautiful the pools were clean and water was perfect! The cafe and restaurant were good and staff at both places were beyond nice. I spent the first couple days on the 1st floor and eventually moved to the 3rd floor which was a huge upgrade, rooms were so huge and clean, my patio had a great view of the golf course! I will stay here again and again.

Wow, for the price we were blown away. Our unit was much larger than expected. The entire second floor was a huge master bed suite! Beautiful finishings, great kitchen, 2 decks, plenty of room to entertain. Apparently, some of the units are more updated than others. Ours obviously was recently updated. The only issue we had was that the address was different from the unit number, but once we figured it out it was no problem. We used the swimming pool, hot tub, and hiked around the property and along the Deschutes River. There was tennis, pickleball, racquetball etc., but we didn't partake. The property is a very short drive to Redmond and maybe 20-25 minutes Bend. Although we spent most of our time in Bend, there are plenty of interesting things to do in the Redmond area. We particularly liked the Feast Food Company restaurant.

Was such a nice place to stay! My key card got demagnetized after hours and I had to call security, I thought it would take 10 min or so before they showed up, only took about 1 min. It was great! And everyone was super nice. Would love to stay again for a longer period of time.
