The Rio Masquerade Hotel room was very spacious! Design is outdated and a/c unit is too small for the size of the room. I recommend, however more modernizing is highly recommended. Would stay again when updated more.

Staff wasn’t much communication at all, I understand conveniences but being a tourism place… the presence when you come in means everything… and you don’t get this here. Also if you have to use front desk to check out between 1200 and 500… there should be more than 1 staff member working the front…. As Vegas is ongoing…. Labor Day weekend wasn’t a good look at all in regards to customer service…. I give that a 2…
