Vacations Close To Pascagoula Beach Park

Room wasn't ready when we got there at 5:30 and had to wait. There is a train track nearby that was annoying, other than that good stay.

The water in the waterpark was not clean, nor was it well maintained. The rest of the property was beautiful. The food on site was not great yet pricy. We also went to the on site restaurant Hippy Fish. Hair was in two of the plates, and one meal never came out. We waited 45 on the remakes and never got it. Finally we left. Manager attempted to make it right however issues went far beyond her!

Beautiful condos located near Chillville Ice Cream shop and Woody’s restaurant in Gulfport, MS. Good parking. Quiet, safe area. Modern decor. I did have to speak with manager regarding cleanliness of condo. I’ve stayed in these condos twice at two separate times and my daughter does a better job at cleaning than their housekeeper. Dried toothpaste in sink, hair all over the floor. Bedding throw wasn’t clean (looked like a child had wiped their nose on it), tub was dirty, fridge needing wiping down, etc. I did speak with manager who promptly told me where additional bedding was. Luckily I always travel with my Clorox Wipes and Lysol. I told the manager that I know I leave the condo cleaner than when I arrive. I would love to stay here again once they get their cleaning up to par.

The room I had was on the second floor next to a elevator that didn't work. This was an inconvenience since I had a small child in addition to luggage. The entry door to the room was stuck or jammed. We nearly had to force the door open this made leaving and re-entering difficult. There was even an instance with answer customer stated the door has always been that way and she assisted with opening it.
