The reception staff was very kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They also kindly allowed us to use the swimming pool of another hotel belonging to the same management, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, our experience with the Studio itself was quite disappointing. The bathroom was in an unacceptable condition: very old plumbing, a persistent sewage smell and a shower that did not drain properly. The kitchenette was also very old and not particularly clean. We reported these issues immediately, but a room change was only offered on the penultimate day, when moving was no longer practical. The sea view is certainly a nice feature, but trucks pass along the road from early morning, making it noisy. The terrace has no umbrella or awning, making breakfast outside difficult in the heat. The sea is not easily accessible because of the rocks, and sunbeds are available for an additional charge. We also found the condition of the bathroom difficult to reconcile with the standard suggested by the booking photos. The nearby hotel of the same management is a lovely property, which makes it even more difficult to understand why more is not being done to improve the Studios. We truly appreciated the staff’s kindness, but unfortunately this could not compensate for the condition of our accommodation. We would not choose the Studios again.

Can not beat the view, and the sound of the ocean. The property has a big communal patio and sun beds for guests to use included in the cost of your stay. Having a private, furnished balcony was amazing as well! Overall the room and building is super cute, clean, and mostly has everything you need including a kitchenette! The staff are all amazing and helpful and communication was great—when I asked for an extra blanket and a couple extra pillows via WhatsApp they were at our door super quick! We loved the neighbourhood too, Piso Livadi is beautiful, calm, and quiet. There’s an amazing grocery store within walking distance with loads of vegan products and fresh produce. Our room was very cute, the only thing that we found was the mattress to be incredibly hard. I know some people prefer that but for us it was really the only negative point of our entire stay but I would absolutely stay here again, we loved it.

Unfortunately, our experience did not match the expectations created by the listing. The only real advantage of this accommodation is its excellent location. It is very close to the beach, restaurants and bus stop, making it very convenient, especially for families with children. However, there were several disappointing issues. The kitchen utensils and equipment were not properly cleaned, so we had to wash everything before using it. What disappointed us the most was the sunbeds policy. The property advertises that guests have access to the beach sunbeds, but when we arrived we were told that we had to pay extra to use them. This information was not clear in the listing and felt misleading. Overall, apart from the location, we did not feel the accommodation offered good value for money. We expected much better considering the price we paid.

We stayed at this property for four nights. While the manager, who has been in the role for about a year, was responsive and attentive, several important issues impacted our stay. The beachfront directly in front of the property is hazardous due to large, slippery rocks beneath the surface, which are not easily visible. I unfortunately suffered a fall, and I believe management should install signage or provide clear warnings for guests. Inside the accommodation, the condition of certain amenities was disappointing. The freezer was heavily rusted, the shower curtain was affected by mold (though replaced after being reported), and there were very few power outlets in both the room and kitchen, which created inconvenience. Although Paros Island itself was a wonderful experience, I regret to say I would not choose to stay at this property again unless these issues are addressed.

Nel complesso siamo stati bene, la camera godeva di una bella vista sul mare, il quale poteva essere raggiunto attraversando la strada. La ragazza alla reception è stata gentilissima consigliandoci posti da visitare e dandoci informazioni utili sull'isola. Una pecca però per quanto riguarda la pulizia in quanto la camera non era proprio pulita (c'erano anche delle ragnatele che scendevano dal soffitto). Inoltre avevamo uno stendino misero e arrugginito che si smontava al minimo tocco, il quale è stato sostituito con uno identico ma non arrugginito. Lenzuola mai cambiate in 4 giorni, e letto "sistemato" solo dopo tre giorni. Infine c'era la possibilità di preparare il caffè con un bollitore, ma le tazze non sono mai state cambiate, costringendomi a lavarle nel bagno...Insomma per il prezzo pagato consiglio di fare un po' di attenzione su questi aspetti. Nel complesso lo consiglio, soprattutto per la posizione centrale per visitare l'isola.

Hotellet ligger direkt vid en strand, avskilt och privat. Extremt vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Rummet är spartanskt och slitet, men priset motsvarar vad man får. Det finns tillgång till gym och pool en liten bit från hotellet.

Studio en bord de mer.

Studio à 20m de l’eau et 10m de la plage. Studio avec en équipement assez sommaire, climatisation et balcon face à la mer. La douche comme tjs est un peu le point faible avec son rideau qui colle et l’eau qui risque de mouiller la pièce entière. Possibilités de restauration très proches et bonnes en bord de plage. Un parking est situé à l’arrière du bâtiment. Les nuits ont été calmes. Des transats sont à dispo pour aller sur la plage.
