Spa hotell on uus, maja ilus aga teenindus olematu. Ă„Ă€rmiselt negatiivne ja klientide osas hoolimatu suhtumine on hotelli vastuvĂ”tus teenindaja Merili poolt, kellel on ilmselgelt ĂŒkskĂ”ik kuidas klient ennast nende majas tunneb ja kas ka tagasi tuleb. Kui me laupĂ€eval saabusime, öeldi meile ĂŒkskĂ”ikselt ,et restoran on privaatĂŒrituseks suletud. Olime pettunud, kuna perega spasse tulles on soov samas majas ka Ă”htust sĂŒĂŒa, eriti talvel, kui ilm vihmane. VastuvĂ”tus isegi ei vabandatud vaid kuid vĂ€ljendasime oma pettumust, öeldi, et teie makse oma toa ees ette. Oleme kĂ”igis eesti suuremates spades mitmeid kordi kĂ€inud aga kurb on nĂ€ha, et kĂ”ige halvem teenindus on Wasa majas. Õnneks leidsime ilusa restorani Mon Ami PĂ€rnus, mille teenindus ja toit on super. Spa osa on vĂ€ike, lastebasseini ei ole ja lastele ujumisrĂ”ngaid vms. tuleb ise kaasa vĂ”tta, kohapeal ei ole midagi. Spa pĂ”rand on ka vĂ€ga libe.

SiistiÀ majoitusta etsivÀlle, kaiva kuvetta

Wasan uudet osat olivat vasta valmistuneet vieraillessamme ja tietenkin erinomaisessa kunnossa. Olimme melkein viikon huoneistossa, jonka toisesta ovesta pÀÀsi puistoon rajoittuvalle takapihalle. Takapiha on mukava illan istahtamispaikka, mutta alueen keskelle jÀÀvissÀ vastaavissa asunnoissa ei sellaista ole, vaan pÀÀset betonoidulle sisÀpihalle. Pakettiimme kuului aamiainen hotellin ravintolassa, joka on pienehkö mutta modernin ja siisti. Paikan sijaintihan on erinomainen, joten kaikkea löytyy lÀheltÀ. Rannan biitsikemut saattavat aiheuttaa hiukan melua illalla. Spa-osasto on moderni.,mutta melko pieni. Kaikki oleellinen kyllÀ löytyy. Lasten kiipeilytalohökötys respassa vaikutti tehdyn tyylikÀs design edellÀ, turvallisuus ja kÀytettÀvyys sivuseikkoina. Leikki-ikÀiset lapsemme kuitenkin tykÀstyivÀt tÀhÀn kertopuuluomukseen kovasti. Paikan hintataso on PÀrnulaisittainkin sitÀ luokkaa, ettÀ muutamat asiat vÀhÀn yllÀttivÀt, vaikka ne budjettikohteessa olisivat vielÀ hyvÀksyttyÀviÀ: - ei ilmastointia kÀmpÀssÀ - rivitalomallisten huoneistojen pihoilla ei ole minkÀÀnlaisia aitoja tai pensaita. Ollaan siis erÀÀnlaisessa kommuunissa. Ripaus omaa rauhaa jonkunlaisella tilanjakajalla tekisi illan istumisesta ulkona houkuttelevampaa - aterimia oli hyvin keittiössÀ _hyvin_ vÀhÀn, lisÀÀ piti ruinuta toistamiseen - siivous ja pyyhepalvelu toimivat vÀhÀn miten sattuu - yleisesti fiilis, ettÀ paikan johto, prosessit ja vastuualueet ovat vielÀ muodostumisvaiheessa

kylpylÀ osasto oli mukava ja hienoa kun yksi sauna oli keskellÀ allasta lasiseinineen.huoneetoli todella siistejÀ. huoneesta puuttui hotellin info esite, eikÀ myöskÀÀn telvisiossa ollut hotellin esittelyÀ. kuntosali puuttui myös.Aamiainen todella hyvÀ mutta lÀmpimien ruokien astiat olivat raskailla kansilla ja taaimmaiset hyvin kaukana ettÀ joutui oikein kurkottelemaan.

Wir haben in einem der Apartments gewohnt. Diese sind an sich schick und modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Allerdings wurde an einigen Stellen leider nicht „zuende gedacht“. So flutet man beim Duschen zwangslĂ€ufig immer das komplette Bad, da die Duschwand zu kurz ist. Und der Fernseher ist leider durch eine Art Raumtrenner vom Bett getrennt, sodass man nur durch ein Gitter Fernsehen kann. - das Sofa steht zudem so dicht vor dem Fernseher, dass man dort aber auch nicht gut sitzen kann. Zudem fehlt es natĂŒrlich an Haken etc. So gibt es schöne BademĂ€ntel fĂŒr den Wellnessbereich auf den Zimmern, aber keinerlei Möglichkeiten diese mal zum trocknen aufzuhĂ€ngen. Super nervig! Toll sind aber die Balkone und das FrĂŒhstĂŒck. Auch der Wellnessbereich ist toll! Die Lage zum Strand ist auch prima.

Summer trip.

Free coffee machine broken, and took coffee from breakfest machine, that was 3€ becouse it does not belong to hotel?! Breakfest was ok but when fully booked plates were out, bread was out etc. They need focus more to service crouded breakfest. All other issues were nice and as new hotel all very clean.

I loved this. Brand-new, beautiful, great service, good spa, good food, great area. The only downside might be that since this seems to be one of the few hotels in the area with a pool, this is also loved by families with kids, and the spa area does not seem to be designed with kids in mind (although amazing for it’s size), so this takes a little away from the enjoyment if you are here for a relaxing spa weekend alone or as a couple rather than with a family.
