The Hotel and Spa with great sauna optiins as well as the Restaurant and Breakfast are really fantastic. The only negative we can tell is that we have only booked one night.

Nice spa hotel between beach and city center

We have been here before so knew what to expect. The hotel has nice, comfortable rooms and the breakfast is good as well. The spa world has many different saunas and is open until 10 p.m. Location is good and there is free parking on the other side of the road.

The spa and restaurant were absolutely great. Breakfast was the best and you wereabke to order it to your room. Rooms were quite dirty and out of date, especially bathrooms. Common areas looked high-class and clean.

We had a great 2 night stay in August 2024 and the highlight was the waters/saunas on the property. We used the facilities every day and it really exceeded our expectations. We were able to walk to the historic town as well as the beach. Parnu itself is quite lovely and was a fantastic restful few days in the middle of a long trip. We would definitely stay there again! We knocked off a star because the rooms are a bit dated, especially the bathrooms. Dated but clean.

Very good hotel for business

Perfect place for my one night business trip. You can workout in the gym that has everything included and afterwards go to the sauna and relax at the spa. Reception spoke many languages fluently so for international travellers it is a good plus. Breakfast is wonderful. Wifi is included and fast. I warmly recommend this place. Only downsize is the paid parking (10 euros for 24h) but that was to be expected.

Excellent service, and good location close to the beach, restaurants and other facilities. An example of the service: I accidentally poured red wine on the bed one evening, and was afraid that I should pay for the entire bed. I informed the reception, and next morning the staff came to replace the outer fabric layer of the bed. This took five minutes and did not cost me any extra.

The room was fairly small, but bed was comfortable and shower and bathroom overall made good use of the space. We were on the third floor, and used the bridge on our floor to walk to the spa across the street. The spa is amazing with 7 saunas. The Noot restaurant staff accommodated us on the evening we arrived for dinner despite being very busy. The breakfast was good with a big variety of choices from lox to eggs to cereal. It is located within walking distance of the beach, but the weather was not particularly good it was cloudy/windy at times and rained nearly every day. The front desk person kindly loaned us a wall charger as our luggage was delayed. This resort is only eight years old and still seems new. Highly recommend!

Go to the SPA but sleep somewhere else!!

Great SPA but everything else pretty bad. FYI THE ROOMS HAVE NO A/C. Our room was super hot and went to the reception to ask about it but the personnel said that there's nothing they can do and the rooms doesn't have air condition. The lobby and SPA has been renovated but the rooms are in really bad shape; smells bad, no A/C, dirty and super old. Personnel is super rude and when trying to ask something from them they get angry and

I had been to this spa for a few days 11 years ago and wanted to return. Stayed for 2 nights to relax at the spa and be close to the beach. It was fun. Too expensive though. Booked way in advance. Had to pay small upgrade on the spot to get a balcony so we could chill outside after the spa. Next time I would stay at a cheaper hotel and get a 3 hour pass here.

Täydellinen lomahotelli!

Huippusiisti huone ja koko hotelli. Kylpyläpuoli myös erittäin puhdas ja siisti. Henkilökunta todella mukavia ja auttavaisia. Aamiainen hyvä ja ravintolan ruuat erinomaisia. Jos jotain negatiivista niin liikenteen melu oli ajoittain aika kova. Myös ulkoallas kylpylässä olisi mukava.
