Ho alloggiato nel monolocale con angolo cottura dotato di tutto ciò che è necessario per organizzare un pasto o una colazione, in base alle proprie necessità. Nella struttura e presente un ristorante per una cena di classe. Nel seminterrato della struttura è presente un comodo parcheggio a pagamento (€17.00 per una giornata). Il residence si trova al limite della zona ztl ed il centro è raggiungibile in circa 10 minuti a piedi. Ho soggiornato a marzo e nell'adiacente Arena non c'erano eventi, quindi la zona era molto tranquilla e silenziosa.
