Excellent hotel with very helpful and professional staff. The room was beautifully decorated and very accommodating. Hotel location is excellent being close to dining, caffes and shops as well as being next to the cathedral (cathedral is very beautiful). Parma is a great town and I will definitely book my stay at the Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati the next time I visit.

Allways a pleasure to stay at Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati, we have stayed at several hotels in Parma but this is our #1 go-to place. Perfect location, large and beautiful rooms with centuries of history in the walls. The friendly staff speaks good english and are happy to help.

Absolutely stunning property in the centre of Parma, right next to the cathedral. So convenient for shops and cafes and only an approx. 20 minute walk from the train station, or 5 minute taxi ride. Our apartment was clean, quiet, well laid out with two large bedrooms, a small but perfectly arranged kitchen that even had a washing machine. Shower was really good, bathroom a fair size and the living room had a comfy sofa and flat screen TV. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend

Location is fantastic. Generally a bit outdates. Bed is basic. The only real but important issue was the cold-water-only forvthe morning shower. Bedides this the place is fine without being spectacular.

This is a very nice boutique hotel right next to the Piazza Church square. Quiet and tucked away in a private entry way. Our room overlooks the church square and was very spacious including a fully stocked kitchenette. Very impressive that it was so thoughtful with pots pans plates wine glasses fridge with simple snacks and drinks. Would definitely come back to stay if we return to Parma

Great place. We got upgraded to a two bedroom with a kitchen. The staff was extremely friendly, the hotel was convenient to restaurants and pickup for our Parmesan arrigianno/balsamic vinaigrette/Parma ham tour. The tour was amazing.
