Had a double bed room, supposed to be larger but still quite small. Size of bathroom was good. Shower was good. Bed was good. WiFi good. Breakfast but small but maybe it is normal here. The room/hotel needs a refurbish. Very good located close to the centre of Parma.

Well located hotel with very nice staff and clean and comfortable rooms. Only issue was with the shower temperature that would alternate from warm to scalding hot without any rhyme or reason on the first two days (didn't seem to happen on the last day of my stay). Overall good experience though and will stay again!

Property was clean and staff friendly- however the AC and heat controlled by front desk. If you wanted no heat and wanted room to cool down - open the window. No laundry service available.

Room noise affected my sleep in a nice room

Very noisy room, from different devices (fridge + heater). Power plugs so poor that it was very difficult to charge electric devices. But room was otherwise very nice, and the reception staff very helpful.

This is a great hotel a short walk from the train station and right on the edge of the touristic zone. The coffee machine was a nice perk to have.

A little surprised bedrooms were 7 mins walk from reception check in. A bit tricky to find the rooms.

Nice central hotel but very thin walls and noisy

Nice hotel and good location but it has paper walls. We woke up numerous times at night due to the noise of the other guests, especially the ones in the room above.
