It was a bit difficult to find because Google maps sends you to the wrong location. That driveway into the hotel is closed. You have to enter on Via del Popolo. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very confident. Parking was very easy. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Good location if you have a car. Rooms were very small and the showers get water all over the floor. All of us had ants in our rooms. The breakfast buffet was decent, and staff were nice enough.

We booked this hotel for a stopover. Pricing was a bargain. The staff was very helpful. The restaurant setting was plain but the food was very tasty. The hotel and our "French bed" room were a bit outdated. Still the overall value was fair.

The property does not have a garden to relax in just a nice outside seating area facing a busy road and set up as a smoking area. I really missed having somewhere to go to and relax other than my room. IT is also a noisy area as the property sits between the tangenziale and the Via europa both extremely busy roads!

The rooms were in poor condition and had the following issues: - ants all over the floor - water from the shower would leak into the bedroom - no air flow in the bedroom. Heater and air conditioning does not work - mini frige did not work - theres no need for a huge glass door between the bathroom and bedroom when the room is already so small This hotel is a 2 star hotel

The AC barely works. Asked for someone to come check but they never did. Lots of mosquitos in the room and my daughter got bit a lot overnight. It also just smelled and felt damp. The room never really cooled off. Front desk staff were very nice! Only stayed for one night to visit a friend who lives in Parma. Breakfast had a lot of options but no hot food.

This hotel has many plus points. Friendly staff, good food, nice room and clean. They are very dog friendly too which we liked. Just a few niggles. The bathroom could use a black out roller blind, as the thin voile curtains don’t feel like they offer enough privacy at night with the playing field opposite. Also when we came back from dinner the room had a sewage smell. We wonder if the drains were dry from a long spell of non use. The air con soon dispersed the smell and it did not return. Proximity to the moterway is a plus, although Parma town centre is a taxi ride away for those who want to explore the centre. We would stay again as extremely convenient and comfortable enough for the price

This place could use a bit of sprucing up. The property looks a little run down. Our room was a nice size but quite sparse. The shower was nice- a rain shower head. Unfortunately, we were situated over the garbage cans. At 6AM we were rudely awakened by the garbage truck emptying several huge garbage dumpsters. It seemed to take forever. The breakfast was alright but much of the bread products seemed to be day-old and very dry. When we asked the front desk to help us making arrangements to tour a cheese making facility, they were no help. In fact the one man said you can’t make one for tomorrow. It’s impossible. Not true. On our own we ended up finding someone who could help us and had a wonderful tour the following day. The pictures make this hotel look much better than it really is.

I wish I had read the reviews in more detail before booking. don’t understand how they say they are a 4 star hotel and have a 8+ review. The hotel is very outdated with small rundown rooms. Their AC is barely running if at all. I had to make several requests to get someone to help with the AC and it took them 5 days to fix. The person at the front desk kept on insisting it was working. It wasn’t until the maintenance staff came to our room and realized it was 27c that they had a problem. Opening the window to cool down only brought in mosquitoes. There were a few nice people (Petra? and Elizabeth) who were great. The location requires either a 30 minute walk into town or a 20 euro return trip. Nothing is near by. Please avoid this mess unless you like poor service, small run down dirty rooms and no AC.
