The room was spotless, spacious, and well-stocked with storage and extra pillows. The bed was incredibly comfortable after long days at Disney. Staff were friendly, the area felt safe, and the location was perfect — walkable to Disney with easy metro access. We’d happily stay again!

Check-in was quick. Only had to pay tourist tax and security deposit before getting key to apartment. The apartment was very clean and the air conditioning units for all rooms worked great. Only wish there was a bit more amenities like a hair dryer. The location is good, dining and grocery options just below. The mall is about a 10 minute walk away.

It was a good idea to have read through other guest's reviews first as we knew to bring our own hairdryer :) We will definitely be staying again. The only negative feedback that I would give is that the place is missing a vending machine to buy drinks from. If arriving at night, the nearby shops would be closed.

We really enjoyed our stay here on a trip to Disneyland Paris. The room was spacious and modern, with lots of storage space. The kitchen area provided a good sized fridge/freezer, hob, microwave and toaster. The location is ideal, just a five minute walk from the train station and the shopping mall. It’s also only 1 mile from Disneyland so you could either walk or take the short train journey along. The price was also pretty good compared to other places we’ve stayed around Val d’Europe which didn’t offer as many room facilities as this hotel.

Everyone that we interacted with we great, obviously we had a little language barrier but they all spoke English very well, which was great because i do not know enough French. Location is very close to the train station which can get you almost anywhere in the Paris area. For Americans: They have no ice machines. we had a fridge/freezer in our room and we used paper cups to make ice that fit perfectly into our water bottles.

The property is in a brilliant location 50 feet on the left in next street is a supermarket cross at the pedestrian crossing and walk along street for minutes and you will be at the red train station with the bus station behind on both sides of the road there is shops bakeries restaurants and cafes walk past the rer station for minutes and you will enter the shopping centre the apartment block is done on an art deco theme bright and clean the lift is very efficient our 2 bedroom apartment had a really big bathroom with walk in shower and an extra toilet both bedrooms were doubles and a double sofa bed a kitchen with everything you need fridge freezer microwave kettle the staff are very pleasant you would be hard pressed to find a better place

The room was amazing, doubly so considering the price (it takes all of 5min on the train to get to Disney so it’s perfect for that). The breakfast was just ok. If there is no other option do it, otherwise pickup pastries as a nearby bakery or cafe. We will stay here again.

The room is clean but needs to be updated. We had a room that sleep four people. The bed room only had a bed and two night stands and a big crack in. the wall. The living room had a pull out sofa bed, and a table with four chairs and a table. There is no safe to keep your important documents. However, there are signs that are posted in the room and car garage that state they are not responsible for stolen items. Go figure.. In Addition, no one came to clean the room. Thank God, we were not the messy type. If you need additional amenities, the front desk was very helpful. Also, if you have a very early flight, please check out the night before, as there are no one at reception desk until 8am. The location of the hotel is very close to the subway station and shopping center.

The property was not far away from Disneyland only 25min walk property was clean but I would of been happier if they changed towels on daily basis and cleaned rooms as our bin was full the soap next to sink kept falling off and some mouldy stains on tap where’s sink other than that the deposit should of been mentioned at the beginning of confirmation. I think also there was a little miscommunication as their English wasn’t well. But I should learn speak French . So it’s on me too. Other than that’s it was ok they friendly and helpful 😊
